3.Structural optimization: Based on finite element analysis, the stress distribution of the connecting rod under tension and compression loads is analyzed, and the geometric structure dimensions of the connecting rod are optimized based on the results. This can reduce the mass of the connecting rod and improve its reliability.

4.Modal analysis: Through modal analysis, the vibration characteristics of the connecting rod are understood, and the areas that may cause high resonant frequency and vibration amplitude are identified. Based on this, the connecting rod structure is optimized or improved to reduce vibration damage.

5.Lubrication and maintenance: Ensure that the connecting rod parts are properly lubricated, regularly check the oil quality and impurity content of the lubricating oil, and replace the lubricating oil when necessary to reduce abnormal noise caused by metal friction.

6.Inspection and replacement of bolts: Connecting rod bolts are key components that bear heavy loads. They need to be regularly inspected for fatigue resistance. Once damage or fatigue signs are found, they should be replaced immediately.
