1. Installation of receiver tanks must be performed by contractors holding valid Pressure Vessel Installation Licenses.
2. Prior to commissioning, each receiver tank must be registered with the safety supervision authority or authorized department in compliance with the Pressure Vessel Registration and Administration Regulations.
3. When ambient temperature falls below 0°C, receiver tanks must be installed indoors with appropriate insulation measures to maintain operational temperatures within specified safety limits.
4. The technical supervisor of the operating entity assumes responsibility for pressure vessel safety management. Comprehensive safety protocols must be established, including:
Implementation of Stationary Pressure Vessel Safety Regulations and related technical standards、Proper documentation management for receiver registration、
Development of detailed operational procedures and work instructions.
5. Receiver tank operators must complete specialized training and safety certification programs administered by authorized agencies and obtain Special Equipment Operator Certification prior to assuming operational duties.
6. In-service receiver tanks shall undergo periodic inspections and safety assessments by certified pressure vessel inspection agencies according to:Pressure Vessel Periodic Inspection Regulations、Pressure Vessel Registration and Administration Rules
7. All maintenance and technical modifications must strictly adhere to Stationary Pressure Vessel Safety Technical Supervision Regulations. Unauthorized alterations by operating entities are expressly prohibited.
8. Safety components (relief valves, pressure gauges, etc.) require scheduled verification:Relief valves: Annual inspection minimum、Pressure gauges: Biannual inspection.Inspections must be conducted by accredited agencies. Operators shall perform routine functionality checks and immediately replace components failing to meet specified accuracy requirements.
9. When compressor maximum volumetric flow rate (actual receiver intake) exceeds the tank's safe discharge capacity, the operating entity must install supplemental pressure relief devices in the system.
10. Based on operational conditions, users shall implement:Scheduled condensate drainage、Periodic internal cleaning、to maintain specified air quality standards within the vessel.
